It’s our pleasure to invite you to exhibit at Congress 2008 – A World-Class Gathering for Fundraisers!

Whether you’ve exhibited before at Congress and/or at Fundraising Day, we greatly appreciate the time, energy and resources you’ve invested so delegates could meet with you in person and learn about your company’s offerings to enhance their development activities and ultimately raise more money for the causes they serve. The active participation of Exhibitors such as yourself is integral to each conference’s success. Thank you!

Congress 2008 will be held on November 24-26 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building. The Trade Show will be open on Monday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 25. As in previous years, Exhibitors will have the option of setting up the night before (on Sunday, November 23).

We hope you’ll be among the first companies to sign up for Congress 2008, Canada’s premier 3-day educational and training forum for fundraising professionals.

Right now, we’re offering previous Congress and Fundraising Day Exhibitors first right of refusal to participate in Congress 2008. You can sign up today by filling out the attached form and returning it to the AFP Greater Toronto Chapter office. Space is limited, so don’t delay! Booth allocations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis (after sponsor booths have been assigned). As of July 15, 2008, we’ll be opening Exhibitor registration to companies who have not showcased with our Chapter before.
