The AFP Greater Toronto Chapter’s 2009 Philanthropy Awards Luncheon will be celebrated in conjunction with Congress on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building.

The Chapter is pleased to offer an annual awards program that recognizes individuals, foundations and corporate philanthropists, civic and service philanthropic organizations, professional fundraising executives and non-profit organizations.

This is by far, one of the greatest opportunities for each of us to honour those who best exemplify vision, talent, stewardship and dedication toward building capacity within the communities we live.

The deadline for submissions is Friday May 22, 2009.

This year’s program will feature the following Award categories:

• Philanthropist
• Volunteer
• Fundraising Professional
• Corporation
• Foundation or Philanthropic Group
• Youth in Philanthropy
• Small Organization Award for Excellence in Fundraising
