Bilaal Rajan wowed the crowd at the Awards for Philanthropy Banquet as he accepted the 2010 Changing Our World/Simms Award for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy, Ages 5-17. Bilaal, just 13, has already personally raised more than $5 million for children around the world and has helped raised millions as UNICEF's Child Ambassador for Canada. Several attendees said they had already penciled him for chair of AFP in 2030!
